chicken florentino

Rcecepee  for two people:    
                     
2 chicken  breast
1 cup fresh spinach
100 grms fontina cheese
1 sp mince garlic
1 sp mince onion
1/2 cup withe wine
4 strips baccon
salt and pepper

season the chicken  with garlic,onion,salt  pepper and withe wine
stuff the chicken with the spinach and the chese
put the bacon around the chicken
pu it in the oven at 400 for 30 minutes
let it rest and cut
serve it with mash potatoes  and glazed carrots.
