After foundations 2, I really wanted to practice frabricating chicken. I decided I wanted to cook chicken the following week but instead of buying the chicken pre-portioned I bought it whole. Once I started to cut open the chicken I discovered its "insides". At first I felt disgusted but after noticing the little heart I felt a feeling of accomplishment...
