Tri-Tip Marinade

1/2 C bourbon
2 whole scallions
1 Meyer lemon
1 Vasalia orange
1 1/2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fresh ginger root (grated)
1tbsp red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Let Tri-Tip marinate for 8 to 10 hrs.
